The admission process at Sukino Continuum Care Facility (CCF) star- The admission process at Sukino Continuum Care Facility (CCF) starts with a facility visit/ connect where either the client/ representative or the clinical details including all available medical reports are provided to the medical officer.

The client if present is evaluated or the provided information is reviewed and additional medical information is sought as appropriate to assess and analyze the latest clinical condition of the client prior to admission at CCF.

If the medical information is inadequate/ incomplete, a discussion with the primary/ referring clinician/ team is requested and conducted.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in children. This role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve communication abilities and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Use standardized tests, observational methods, and patient interviews to diagnose conditions.
- Provide therapy for a range of conditions, including articulation disorders, stuttering, voice disorders, and language delays.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans.
- Provide consultation and training to educators and caregivers on speech and language development.
- Regularly monitor and document patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders and effective communication strategies.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Experience:
- Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience working with specific populations, such as children, the elderly, or individuals with developmental disabilities, is a plus.

Skills:
